Help Victims of Human Trafficking

The Regina Coeli Home of Love in Los Angeles County is a non-profit, Christ-based, 24-hour staffed, transitional housing program for survivors of human trafficking to begin their recovery and healing as they look toward a new life. The Home of Love provides up to one year of transitional housing and direct services to survivors through a holistic, strength based, trauma, culturally and linguistically- sensitive, survivor informed programming.

In partnership with comprehensive case management services, the Home of Love staff is dedicated to getting to know the survivor residents and providing hope for a future of freedom. Victims and survivors of human trafficking are motivated to choose whatever goals they desire. They strive to provide a holistic approach of intervention and formation that will hasten their healing and well-being.

For the past few years, Mary Queen of Heaven Missionaries have been fundraising and working with countless Mission Partners, including GapFill.org, to make the very first MQHM Home of Love Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in the United States. The dream became a reality on October 13, 2023, the Feast Day of Our Lady of Fatima!

They offer many, many thanks to everyone who labored for months to assist them in building this much-needed Home in Los Angeles. The statistics of human trafficking in California are staggering, and this endeavor will enable them to offer a refuge for those who seek to heal and begin a new life with a bright future.

October 13-14, 2023, witnessed the Blessing of their new Home of Love USA by Father Joseph Doss and Fr. Thomas Asia. Many Mission Partners attended the celebration, offering fellowship and prayers as they take this next important step in our Mission to provide restorative healing from the effects of human trafficking worldwide.

We ask that God would give these survives mercy and compassion and that the home would become a House of Mercy and Compassion for healing and recovery.  We join them in praying that the victims would hear the saving power of Jesus and with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit find the truth and their purpose in life.

As more victims are rescued, additional funding will be needed for living expenses, education, counseling etc. Can you help aid these abused and sex trafficked women and children in the USA getting them off the street to begin a new life? The Mary Queen of Heaven Missionaries have been rescuing abused and sex trafficked women and children since 2005 in their HOME of LOVE Rescue and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu, Philippines. They have saved and educated thousands who were vulnerable to the prolific sex trafficking. Five of the Sisters currently live in Los Angeles and started the new Home of Love USA.
